All work completed 2 weeks later Nigel and Dale were very efficient and tidy as they completed the work to an excellent standard, we are very pleased with the end results and will be using them again for any future work.

SINGLE STORY UTILITY WALL IN NEED OF QUICK DAMP PROOFING
Absolutely amazing. As it happened Nigel was able to pop around within an hour or so of the post going up and him and the guy working with him could come the same week to do the job. A gap opened up in their schedule and they could come the next day. Did everything they said they would and more. I had asked them if they could skim the boarding after all and they could, did, and saved me a load of money getting a plasterer in too. Couldn’t be happier! We plan to have them back for another problem area next year if needed.

Do I definitely have rising damp?
Probably not. Rising damp is diagnosed far more often than it occurs. Condensation and penetrating damp account for a large share of what gets treated as rising damp, and both are repaired differently. That is the whole reason we survey before quoting.
Will a dehumidifier fix it?
It will manage condensation while it is running. It does nothing about water entering through masonry, and it will not dry a wall that is being resupplied with moisture from the ground or from outside.
Is the work guaranteed?
All damp work is guaranteed for 30 years, and an insurance-backed option is available. We carry £1 million public liability insurance.
Do you charge for a quote?
Quotes are free. We look at the property, establish the mechanism, and price the repair before anything is booked in.
